A look at the prompts

1. Rate sanity check
I am a freelance [DISCIPLINE, E.G. BRAND/UI/WEB DESIGNER] in [COUNTRY]. Target yearly income [AMOUNT], business costs [AMOUNT], taxes set aside [PERCENT]%, weeks off [NUMBER], billable hours per week [NUMBER]. Walk through the calculation of my minimum hourly rate step by step, then show what happens to the rate if billable hours fall by 20%. Tell me which assumptions I should double check.
Format: step-by-step table with the formulas shown.
13. Presenting a design concept
Write a presentation script for showing [CONCEPT NAME] for [CLIENT]. Include how to restate their goals, explain 3 key design decisions tied to those goals: [DECISIONS], and how to ask for focused feedback instead of "do you like it?".
Format: speaker notes with suggested slide order.
25. Payment plan offer
A client told me they cannot pay [AMOUNT] in full. Write a response offering a payment plan of [NUMBER] instalments, with dates, what happens to the files until final payment, and a confirmation they must reply to. Keep it supportive but clear.
Format: email under 140 words with an instalment table.

Questions

Does it work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload the .xlsx with File > Import in Google Sheets. It also opens in Excel and LibreOffice. The formulas use standard functions (SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, INDEX/MATCH and similar).

Do I need spreadsheet skills?

No. Type into the yellow cells; the grey cells calculate on their own. The Start Here sheet explains each tab.

Which AI tool do the prompts work with?

Any general AI assistant that accepts text. Fill in the [BRACKETED PLACEHOLDERS], then read and edit the output before you use it.

Is this a subscription?

No. It is a one-time purchase. You download the files and keep them.

Is the example data real?

No. Every name, amount and date in the example rows is made-up sample data so you can see the formulas working. Replace it with your own.
